Do you ever just need to let it all out? Release the beast with a few rounds of Lion’s Breath (Simhasana Pranayama) 🦁:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Come into Lion’s Pose (or any other posture/seat that works for you)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Take a deep inhale through the nose.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Exhale strongly through the mouth, opening it wide and pointing your tongue toward the floor while making an audible “HAAAAAAA” sound. (Look silly. That’s kinda the point 😉.)

3. Return to a neutral face on the inhale
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Repeat (4-6 times, or as often as you’d like)
